TERMS OF SALE
Uninsured orders will usually ship via USPS and therefore will NOT be automatically insured.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may require special shipping arrangements & may
be shipped via USPS which is NOT automatically insured.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please let us know if you want your package insured
and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be slightly higher than those
to the continental U.S.
Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments if buyer chooses NOT to purchase USPS
insurance.
We will work with you to help you assess if this product is right for you, but this must be
done PRIOR to placing a bid.
Please note that this is a non-refundable transaction, but we will repair or replace any
defective products as noted below.
Returns will be allowed for defective or mis-shipped items only.
Shipping & Handling Charges may be either more or less than actual shipping charges.
All purchases have a minimum 90-day warranty. If your purchase is also covered by a
Manufacturer's Warranty, then it will take precedence over all other warranties.
RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS from original date of purchase.
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day
warranty period.
You must request a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners
manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced
or repaired as received.
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid & will be
shipped back freight prepaid. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure all return
shipments.
A note explaining the problem or situation & a copy of your invoice would be helpful to
expedite your return.
Please allow 7-10 days from receipt, for your returns to be processed.
